In Year 1 the children have been learning about Guy Fawkes and The Gunpowder Plot. Bonfire night may have been a little bit different this year, but it did not stop the Pearls from getting excited about fireworks! 1CB created these colourful fireworks pictures using pastels and glitter.

The Year 1 Pearls have created self-portraits. They used mirrors to look carefully at the shape of their faces, where their facial features are located and the colour of their eyes and hair. Using a mixture of pencil, paint and collage, they created these masterpieces!
