School Fees

Please note that as a charitable trust foundation, not private equity, we seek to keep our fees and additional costs low. Any income the school earns is reinvested back into the children’s education, through staffing and resourcing the curriculum.

Termly School Fees

Nursery: £2405 (£7,215 per year)

Lower School: £4,805 per term (£14,415 per year)

Upper School: £5,260 per term (£15,780 per year)

Governors review all fees annually.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee: £60

The Acceptance Deposit (Non-Siblings): A Full Term’s Fees

The Acceptance Deposit, which amounts to a full term’s fees, is payable in order to secure a place. £2,500 of the Acceptance Deposit is retained by Dolphin School until the pupil leaves with the balance being off-set against the first term’s fees. If the place is not taken up then the whole deposit is forfeited. Parents are advised to adhere to the correct notice period, as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

Additional Charges

There are extra fees payable for: lunch, trips, school uniform, extra-curricular clubs, instrumental music lessons and SEND provision.

Fee Assistance

Dolphin School may be in a position to offer assistance to children whose family would not normally be able to afford the full school fees and who, it is felt, would particularly benefit from an education at the School.  In line with the Christian foundation of Dolphin School, special consideration for bursary places may be given to children of clergy and missionaries. In some circumstances, support can be given to children from homes with a low income. Assistance may be awarded following a completed application form, means test and an interview with the School’s Bursar and Governor responsible for assistance recommendations. For further information please contact our School Bursar ( finance@dolphinschool.org.uk )
