Year 2 Sapphires have begun to learn about monarchs in History. In the first lesson we considered what the role of a monarch has been over different periods of time and what it is today. We also thought about some rules we might come up with if we were the Queen or King today. There were some interesting rules, including that everyone must have a cat or a puppy and some very thoughtful ones such as all homeless people should be given a home. Here are a few of our Kings and Queens dressed up!
