Year 4 Emeralds were honoured with a visit from our resident Scot, Mr Wright, who shared captivating tales about his famed countryman, Robert Burns, whose literary works are celebrated around the world on the 25 January each year. We also heard tales about the land and its history and culture, as we studied a map of Scotland and munched on terrier-shaped shortbread cookies. A big thank you to Mr Wright! What a wealth of knowledge he shared.
