Earlier this week, Year 2 became the UK’s scientists of the future to determine how we could use both existing and new materials in tomorrow’s world. Led by Vivien, from the world renowned National Physical Laboratory, the children learnt the many different properties of materials and what they could be used for in everyday life. After a heated scientific debate, it was generally agreed that a paper spoon would not be of much use both now or in the future!
