Reception Diamonds – after talking about the memory verse, acted out the story of Ruth. The children enjoyed taking on the role of the different characters in the story and matching their movements to what the characters did in the story. Some were brave enough to say what the characters said, although others preferred the whole class to say the longer speeches for them.
