After School Care Sign Up

Please complete the following form to sign-up your child/children to after school care by 12:00 noon on the day you would like the booking to start. By doing so, you agree to have the cost per day added to your school fees next term. If you have any questions, please contact receptionist@dolphinschool.org.uk.

To cancel your booking, you must notify reception by 16:30 on the day prior to the scheduled booking, otherwise the cost will be included in the school fees.

• After school until 17:00: £8 per child per day. Should you collect your child after17:00, fees for the 18:00 charge will be billed.
• After school until 18:00: £12 per child per day. You must inform the member of staff if you are running late for collection in order prevent late fees being applied.

A 5% discount to each sibling will applied for in the same booking.

Pupils taking part in after school care will require an additional snack for after school as per school guidelines on snacks and healthy eating.

Late fees: 

After a third occurrence of collecting your child late at 18:00, you will be issued with a warning letter and further late collections will result in an additional charge of £5 per 5 minutes.
